Through engaging our senses with this garden space we can reconnect with the knowledge which restores our health and wellbeing. The Rongoā and other medicinal plants selected for this garden offer opportunities for us to return our focus to the natural world and through this connection allow our wellness to be restored.

This garden includes narratives and stories allowing for further mindful connections and understandings of our place within the world and rediscover our own wellness and purpose.
