Tauherenikau Trail

Our Wellington studio this year had the privilege to work with the Greytown Trails Trust and the local community, and  on planting for a new walking and cycling trail over the Tauherenikau river in the Wairarapa, the longest suspension bridge in the country!

Planting was completed over two volunteer working bees in early spring. Special thanks to the local community and residents and Pae Tū Mōkai O Tauira who brought the project to life.

Already a big success (over 9000 users in just a few months) we are looking forward to the official opening in the new year.
